This page explains what happens to the information you share on this site. It is written plainly on purpose.
What is collected
- Your first name (optional) and email address, so Zach can reply and send your results.
- Your ratings on the self-care assessment, the items you choose to focus on, and anything you write in the optional note.
- The time you sent it.
Where it goes
When you press Send to Zach, your answers are sent once over an encrypted connection and emailed to Zach through a transactional email service. A short confirmation is emailed to you. This website does not keep a database of answers.
What stays on your device
While you work through the questions, your answers are held in your browser's session storage so a page refresh doesn't lose them. They are cleared as soon as your results are sent successfully, and in any case when you close the tab. Answers are never placed in web addresses or sent to analytics tools. There are no third-party trackers on the assessment.
Who sees it
Only Zach. Your answers are used to prepare for your sessions and for nothing else. They are not sold, shared or used for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask Zach at any time to show you what he holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and he will. If you are in the EU or UK you have these rights in law; Zach extends them to everyone.
Sessions
What you share in sessions stays between you and Zach. Sessions are only recorded if you ask for it.
